Fancy Figs is based in the seaside town of Falmouth, Maine.  Established in 2016, we specialize in providing a la carte planning support and coordination for Maine weddings and celebrations. 

Kathleen Pacella, the company’s founder, is a New England native with over two decades of professional experience in event planning, catering, and hospitality.  From a very young age, Kathleen knew that she loved doing two things: hosting fabulous parties and being extraordinarily organized.  Thanks to a passion for travel and a spark for seeking new experiences, she soon found herself working in the weird and wonderful world of hospitality. In this environment of grand banquets, multi-day conferences, political fundraisers, and community celebrations, her skill set was quickly identified as a natural fit for event planning.  Nearly two decades & hundreds of wonderful events later, Fancy Figs was established.
